RETURNS POLICY

We give you 30 days to return your order. As long as your garment is not worn, washed and in good condition. 

All items returned must be in their original condition with all labels, branding and marketing materials intact. We reserve the right to withhold a refund, credit or exchange for any of items returned to us that are deemed unfit for re-sale. 

How to proceed for a return or change of size?

1. The product has arrived damaged or defective: use our website contact form to let us know and we will send you the product again completely free of charge and without shipping costs.

2. If you're not convinced about the product, it looks small/big, or you just have just changed your mind: Return it to us with the delivery note indicating if you want to replace it with another product or if you want the money's refund.
The costs of sending us the T-shirts at the warehouse are at your expense, All returned items remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our warehouse. We recommend that all returns are sent using a traceable service such as Recorded Delivery or via an equivalent service that requires a signature upon delivery. Once we receive the package and send the new shipment, we will assume those shipping costs, so the shipping costs are shared between both parts. We charge 2% restocking fee.

3. If you want the refund of the money, we will make the refund using the same payment method from which the purchase was made.

*We only accept the change/return of the socks if they have the cardboard label.
