SHIPPING

We dispatch most UK orders via Royal Mail (larger orders may be sent via courier). Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order unless we are experiencing a higher volume of orders at certain times of year, such as Christmas, when we are on sale, or running a promotional offer. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible but please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. Delivery times can vary depending on the service used but on average it takes 2-5 days for delivery from when your order is dispatched. However, sometimes deliveries can be slow due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, so please allow up to 30 business days for your delivery to arrive. Please note we do not dispatch orders at the weekend as our warehouse is closed.
